Counts from a fashion brand running on this platform today. Not projections.

Five things that break when a shop starts selling online

Each one was a real complaint before it became a screen. What follows is the part of the system that handles it, without anybody having to remember.

What happens today

“We sell on a marketplace and they keep the customer.”

Your own store

The store is yours, and so is the customer list. Your domain, your branding on every screen, email and invoice. Every buyer, address and order sits in your own panel, and nobody takes a cut of the relationship.

Your domain, your data
What happens today

“Every size and every colour is a separate product, so stock is a guess.”

Catalogue

One product, with variations underneath it. Attribute sets define what a category even has, options and variations build the combinations, and each one carries its own price, stock and image. The listing stays single; the counting gets exact.

Attribute sets and variations
What happens today

“We have no idea what people came looking for and did not find.”

Search insight

Every search is recorded with the number of results it returned. A keyword with plenty of hits and zero results is a customer telling you what to stock next. It sits on the dashboard, not in a report nobody opens.

Keyword, results, hits
What happens today

“Running a sale means messaging every customer by hand.”

Offers

Flash sales and coupons do it from the panel. Set the window, pick the products, and the storefront changes itself. Coupons carry their own limits and you can see who used what.

Flash sales and coupons
What happens today

“The website and the shop floor disagree about what is in stock.”

Stock

One stock number, at the variation level. The website sells from the same count the panel shows, so a size that is finished stops being sellable without anybody remembering to switch it off.

One inventory
The difference

A real range needs more than a list of products.

One kurta in six colours and five sizes is not thirty products. It is one product with thirty variations, each with its own stock. Platforms that cannot say that force you to choose between a messy listing and a wrong stock count. This one does not.

One customer, one order, one trail

Nothing waits for a person to notice. Every step leaves a record, and the money is recorded separately from the fulfilment so the two can never quietly disagree.

From first search to delivered
Search, category or collection Finds it Search is scoped to a category and suggests as they type. What they searched for is recorded either way.
Or wishlist, or compare Adds to cart Cart, wishlist and compare all carry live counters. An abandoned wishlist is still a signal you can read.
Twelve gateways, or offline Pays PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Paytm and eight more, plus cash on delivery and bank transfer. The transaction is recorded separately from the order, so money and fulfilment never get confused.
Status moves, customer is told Gets it Order status changes push an update to the customer and leave a trail in the panel.
Orders and transactions are two different records. A refund, a partial payment or a failed gateway call does not corrupt the order, and the sales report still reconciles.

The store is also your research

Most platforms tell you what sold. This one also tells you what somebody wanted and could not find, which is the more useful half. All of it sits on the dashboard rather than in a report nobody opens.

Every search, with the number of results it returned

A keyword searched forty times that returned nothing is not an error log. It is forty customers telling you what to stock next, and it is on the first screen you see when you open the panel.

  • Keyword, results, hitsWhat they typed, how many products came back, and how many people typed it.
  • Zero-result rows are the shopping listDemand you already have, for a product you do not yet carry.
  • It costs nothing to collectIt happens because people are already searching. No survey, no campaign.

And the rest of it, working the same way.

Getting a number

Every store is quoted on what it actually needs.

A two hundred product shop and a twenty thousand product brand are not the same build, so we do not pretend they cost the same. Tell us what you sell and you get a written quote for your store, not a price list you have to argue your way out of.

Talk to sales

Half an hour on a call. We open the live store, walk through the panel behind it, map your own range onto it, and send the quote afterwards in writing. One thing is fixed either way: we take no percentage of your sales. Whatever the store collects is yours.

WhatsApp us
  • How big the range isProduct count, and how many colours and sizes sit under each one. This is the single biggest thing, because variations are where the work lives.
  • What state the data is inA clean spreadsheet imports in an afternoon. Photographs in a folder with names nobody agreed on takes longer, and we will say so.
  • How people will payOne gateway or several, cash on delivery, and whether you sell outside India in another currency.
  • How many languagesOne is included. A second storefront language changes the content work, not the platform.
  • Anything it has to talk toA courier account, a billing system, an existing customer list. Most of these are ordinary; a few are not, and it is better to know now.

What the quote covers

  • Built once: the store on your domain, branded as yours, with your catalogue imported and your team trained
  • Every module listed above, with no per-module licence and no feature held back for a higher tier
  • Then hosted: it runs on our servers, so there is no machine for you to rent or look after
  • Maintenance, updates and support for your team
  • Backups, available whenever you ask for one
  • No commission. A good month and a quiet month cost you exactly the same

What sits outside it

  • Your domain name registration and renewal
  • Your payment gateway's own transaction charges
  • Email sending costs, once your volume needs a paid mail service
  • Courier and delivery charges
  • Product photography and copywriting
  • Advertising spend

It is already running a real shop, not a demo.

A fashion brand sells on this platform every day: a catalogue that runs to thousands of variations, three physical outlets behind it, pan-India delivery and a storefront in two languages. We will open it in front of you on the call and let you use it the way a customer would.

How it starts

Four steps, in this order. Your part is to hand over the product data and to look at the store once before it opens.

1

Conversation and demo

We look at your range, how it varies, and how you sell today. Then we show you a store that is already running.

2

Setup and design

Hosting, your domain, logo, colours, payment gateway, delivery rules and email.

3

Catalogue

Categories, attributes and variations are built to match your range, and your existing products are imported rather than typed.

4

Training and launch

Your team is trained on the panel they will actually use, then the store opens.

Questions we are usually asked

Straight answers, including the ones about money.

Who owns the store and the customer data?
You do. It runs on your domain with your branding, and we host and maintain it on our servers so there is no machine for you to buy or look after. The catalogue, the orders and the customer list belong to your business, and a full backup can be taken at any time.
How is this different from a marketplace?
On a marketplace you rent attention and hand over the customer. Here the customer arrives at your domain, their email is yours, their order history is yours, and nobody takes a percentage of the relationship or ranks a competitor above you on your own page.
We have hundreds of products. Do we have to type them in?
No. There is a bulk import, so an existing range comes in from a file. Variations, prices and stock come with it.
Our products come in many sizes and colours. How is that handled?
As variations under a single product. An attribute set decides which attributes a category even has, and each combination carries its own price, stock, SKU and image. The listing stays one product; the counting stays exact.
Can we run sales and discount codes?
Yes. Flash sales run inside a window you set and revert on their own. Coupons carry minimums, caps, expiry and usage limits, and you can see who redeemed what.
Which payment methods work?
Twelve online gateways ship with it: PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Paytm, Instamojo, Authorize.Net, Paystack, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago, bKash, SSLCommerz and Nagad. Alongside those are cash on delivery, bank transfer, cheque and money order. The transaction is stored separately from the order, so money and fulfilment never get mixed up.
Can it run in more than one language?
Yes. Language and currency both switch from the storefront header, and a brand already runs two languages on this platform today.
We also have physical shops. Does that fit?
Yes. Store locations are part of the storefront, and the same panel holds the stock the website sells from, so the two stop disagreeing.
How long does it take to go live?
Setup, branding and payment take a few days. The real variable is your catalogue: the more ready your product data is, the faster it goes.
What does it cost?
It is quoted per store, because a two hundred product shop and a twenty thousand product brand are not the same build. The shape is always the same: a one time cost to build it, then a monthly amount to host and maintain it. Tell us what you sell and we put a number in writing after the call.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. What the store collects is yours. The build is paid once and the hosting is a flat monthly amount, so a good month and a quiet month cost you exactly the same.
What actually changes the quote?
Mostly the catalogue: how many products, and how many colours and sizes sit under each one. After that it is how ready your product data is, how many payment gateways you want live, whether you need a second language, and anything the store has to connect to, such as a courier account. Nothing is priced per module.

Ready to stop renting a shelf in someone else's shop?

A demo takes half an hour. We open the live store in front of you, walk through the panel behind it, map your own range onto it, and you decide afterwards.
